Updating Your Account

Q: How do I update my billing information?

Just login, go to My Account,and click on Billing Data to review and update your billing information. You can:

  • Enter a different credit card for billing
  • Update your card's expiration date
  • Or retry your current card in case it did not work and you received a notice from our billing department

Q: How do I upgrade my free trial account to a regular paid one?

Just login and click the orange Upgrade Account button in the upper right hand corner.

Q: Can I have more than one list administrator?

Each account has only one administrator. You may share your password and login ID with your colleagues who will also be handling the account.

However, we suggest you assign additional moderators instead of sharing your account information. Moderators can approve members and messages for you.
